Ivanti Elevates Employee Experience Amid UAE’s Hybrid Cybersecurity Drive

Dubai — Ivanti has expanded its reach across the UAE and GCC, reinforcing the role of Digital Employee Experience as a strategic asset amid the shift toward hybrid work and mounting cyber-security concerns. Ivanti’s DEX platform, powered by Ivanti Neurons, delivers intelligent automation aimed at enhancing productivity, staff satisfaction, and protection against cyber-risks. Ivanti elevates employee experience amid UAE’s hybrid cybersecurity drive, the company says in its announcement.

According to the company’s regional managing director, enterprises in the Gulf redefine employee experience as central to business resilience, no longer treating DEX as optional but as a core strategic requirement. Ivanti equips IT and security teams with compliance-aligned tools to deliver frictionless productivity while safeguarding digital workspaces.

Ivanti recently earned a Visionary position in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Employee Experience Management Tools. That recognition underscores the platform’s strength in delivering IT efficiency, user-centric interfaces, and robust cyber-security. Its suite includes AI-driven survey bots, automated remediation, advanced dashboards and endpoint power management with sustainability in mind.

New data from Ivanti’s 2025 DEX Report reveals a complex dynamic: while 87 percent of IT teams affirm that strong DEX improves productivity, and 85 percent link it to better staff satisfaction, only half of organisations rank DEX as a high priority—a stagnant figure since 2023. Adoption and integration of DEX remain sluggish—only 23 percent describe their usage of DEX as “advanced,” with 42 percent still struggling to automate processes or monitor endpoints effectively.

The report also quantifies the business cost of poor digital experiences. For a company of 2,000 employees, tech interruptions—such as slow networks or app issues, compounded by mandatory security updates—can cost around USD 4 million annually in lost productivity.

Ivanti’s global research confirms the stakes. Ninety-three percent of security professionals say that prioritising DEX strengthens an organisation’s cybersecurity; yet DEX risks being dismissed as “buzzwordy,” with over 60 percent of IT professionals perceiving it as lacking practical application.

These findings mirror broader regional trends: as the Everywhere Work model becomes standard, blending remote, hybrid, and office-based modes of work, organisations must ensure secure, consistent digital experiences across all contexts. Sectors such as government, banking, telecom and energy—where regulation and compliance are paramount—face heightened risks from poor DEX, including shadow IT and use of unsecured AI tools.

Ivanti’s enhanced focus on DEX across the UAE and GCC aims to address this gap. By offering tools that measure and remediate digital friction before it interrupts work, and combining insights from employee sentiment with automated fixes and sustainability metrics, the company positions DEX not solely as a productivity booster, but as a cyber-resilient, strategic imperative.
