PwC's expanded physical presence in Saudi Arabia is embodied by the new complex in Laysen Valley, branded under the Arabic phrase ElDar Darak — our home is yours. The site will serve as a collaborative hub where clients, government, and partners co-create solutions, test prototypes and design transformative experiences. This move is a clear signal of PwC’s strategic intent to deepen its regional engagement.
Talent development remains a prime focus. PwC in Saudi Arabia now employs 2,600 professionals, of whom 56 per cent are Saudi nationals at all levels. In the three years preceding the announcement, the firm’s training programmes have welcomed over 2,400 Saudi nationals, with 80 per cent of Saudi female participants placed on leadership development pathways. Key initiatives include Hemam 2.0—aimed at accelerating youth skills development—and Foundation for the Future, which prepares recent graduates for leadership roles.
While PwC has long been rooted in the Kingdom, these measures mark a renewed acceleration of its support for Saudi stakeholders. The firm has supported more than 50 organisations and delivered over 100 initiatives across the country. These efforts reflect a strategy to align closely with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, nurturing future leaders and strengthening its capacity as a trusted partner in transformation.
