Jazeera Airways has announced the appointment of three new executives to its leadership team, marking a significant step in the airline's strategic growth plans. Captain Ayman Alshammari has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, Ginny Sethi to Chief People Officer, and Paul Carroll has joined as Chief Commercial Officer. Since joining Jazeera in 2018, Alshammari has been instrumental in advancing flight operations and crew training. He holds an IATA Airlines Operations Diploma and certifications from Cranfield University. His leadership is expected to further enhance the airline's operational excellence and compliance standards.

Ginny Sethi, appointed as Chief People Officer, has been with Jazeera Airways since 2018. With over 24 years of global human resources experience, she has played a pivotal role in transforming the company's culture and aligning people strategies with business goals. Carroll's appointment is expected to drive Jazeera's expansion plans, including fleet growth, network development, and the enhancement of digital and e-commerce platforms.

Barathan Pasupathi, CEO of Jazeera Airways, expressed confidence in the new leadership team, stating that their combined expertise will be crucial as the airline scales operations to meet increasing passenger demand. He highlighted the importance of operational excellence, safety, and a supportive culture in achieving sustainable growth.

The airline also reported a net profit of KD 10.2 million for the year, marking a 66.2% increase compared to the previous year.
