In a move that significantly bolsters electronic waste management capabilities across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, Abu Dhabi-based Tadweer Group and investment firm DUBAL Holding have joined forces to acquire Enviroserve, the leading specialist in e-waste processing. The acquisition, finalized in May 2023, sees Tadweer and DUBAL holding equal ownership of Enviroserve, a company recognized for its state-of-the-art e-waste processing facility – the only one of its kind in the MENA and Caucasus region.
This strategic collaboration between Tadweer, a pioneer in sustainable waste management solutions, and DUBAL, a champion for environmental initiatives, signifies a shared commitment to fostering innovative and responsible e-waste management practices. Enviroserve's expertise in handling electronic waste aligns perfectly with the environmental goals of both Tadweer and DUBAL.
