Alaa Al Ali, Group CEO of NG9 Holding, described the alliance as a safeguard of sovereignty, resilience and leadership in the digital era. He stated the partnership transcends mere technological advancement, aligning with the UAE’s national AI transformation agenda. Amer Al Osh, Chief Development Officer at Gewan Holding, emphasised that combining the OPN Chain with a sovereign AI stack powered by NVIDIA GPUs creates a unique infrastructure model that strengthens digital sovereignty, unlocks new economic opportunities and keeps the UAE at the forefront of AI and Web3 innovation.
Mojtaba Asadian, Founder and CEO of IOPn, described the OPN Chain as the cornerstone of a unified ecosystem premised on sovereign identity, financial infrastructure, real‑world asset tokenisation and AI‑driven innovation—enabling entities to harness AI and Web3 “on their own terms; secure, compliant, and free from dependency.”
In parallel, Gewan Holding has inaugurated the Gewan AI Hub to drive wider adoption of AI across industries. The Hub reinforces the objectives of the OPN ecosystem—building national capacities in innovation and digital transformation in line with the UAE’s strategic goals.
