An Emirati aid convoy carrying vital supplies arrived in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday,May 2nd,2024.The convoy,comprised of twelve trucks,delivered over 264 tonnes of humanitarian aid including food,water,and dates.This contribution is part of the ongoing "Operation Chivalrous Knight 3" initiative launched by the United Arab Emirates to support the Palestinian people in Gaza.
The delivery marks a significant milestone in the UAE's commitment to assisting the Palestinians.Since the commencement of Operation Chivalrous Knight 3,Emirati aid deliveries to Gaza have surpassed 22,436 tonnes of essential supplies.This critical aid has been transported through a multifaceted approach,utilizing 220 cargo planes,three cargo ships,and aerial distributions through "Operation Birds of Goodness." Operation Birds of Goodness has conducted 43 airdrops,providing a total of 3,000 tons of aid to remote locations within Gaza.
