Tadweer Group and DUBAL Holding Join Forces to Acquire Enviroserve

In a move that significantly bolsters the e-waste processing capabilities of the Middle East and Africa, Abu Dhabi-based Tadweer Group and investment company DUBAL Holding have signed an agreement to acquire Enviroserve, the region's leading e-waste specialist. The acquisition will see Tadweer Group and DUBAL Holding assume joint ownership of Enviroserve, with each entity holding an equal share of the company.

Enviroserve, established in 2004, has carved a niche for itself as the sole integrated e-waste processing hub catering to the Middle East, Africa and Caucasus region. The company's state-of-the-art facility is renowned for its ability to responsibly recycle electronic waste generated across these regions.

This collaboration between Tadweer Group, a leader in waste management, and DUBAL Holding, a diversified investment holding company, is a strategic alliance aimed at bolstering sustainable practices in the area of e-waste management. Ali Al Dhaheri, managing director and CEO of Tadweer Group, highlighted the significance of this partnership, stating that acquisitions involving environmentally conscious organizations like DUBAL Holding are instrumental in unlocking the full potential of the circular economy.
