The acquisition will see Tadweer Group and DUBAL Holding assume joint ownership of Enviroserve, with each entity holding an equal share of the company.
Enviroserve, established in 2004, has carved a niche for itself as the sole integrated e-waste processing hub catering to the Middle East, Africa and Caucasus region.
