During the meeting, GAIAE representatives briefed Sheikh Mohammed on the authority's multifaceted endeavors to serve the spiritual needs of the Emirate's citizens and residents. Discussions centered on the GAIAE's role in promoting Islamic knowledge, managing mosques and ensuring their proper functioning, and overseeing the collection and distribution of Zakat, a mandatory Islamic charitable contribution.
Sheikh Mohammed commended the GAIAE's dedication to preserving Islamic heritage and promoting religious tolerance within Fujairah's diverse community.
